Composition:

  • fillet of flounder - 0.5 kg;
  • onions - 0, 3 kg;
  • lemon - 0, 5 pcs .;
  • olive oil - 40 ml;
  • parsley - 50 g;
  • salt, spices - to taste.

Method of preparation:

  • Wash fillet of flounder, blot with a napkin. Separate from skin and cut into portions.
  • Wash the lemon, cut it in half, squeeze the juice.
  • Rub each piece with salt and spices, sprinkle with lemon juice. About half of the juice is not yet used.
  • Leave on the flounder for half an hour, so that it is marinated.

Composition:

  • fillet of flounder - 1 kg;
  • potatoes - 1 kg;
  • bulb onion - 0, 2 kg;
  • sour cream - 0, 3 l;
  • vegetable oil - 30 ml;
  • hot peppers - 1 pc .;
  • salt, seasonings - to taste.

Method of preparation:

  • Wash and dry the fillet of flounder. Separate from skin, cut into small pieces.
  • Wash the potatoes and boil until half cooked, peel and cut into small slices.
  • Cut pepper into small ringlets and mix it with potato slices.
  • Peel the onions, cut them into small pieces, pour them with boiling water, squeeze them.
  • Mix onions with sour cream.
  • At the bottom of the refractory container, lay the foil, lubricate it with oil. Sprinkle with salt and seasoning.
  • Place the flounder fillet on the foil, salt it and season.
  • Cover the fish with a mixture of sour cream and onion.
  • Put in an oven heated to 180 degrees and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Place the potatoes on top and place in the oven for another 20 minutes.

Composition:

  • flounder - 1, 2 kg;
  • carrots - 0, 2 kg;
  • onions - 0, 2 kg;
  • lemon - 1 pc .;

  • tomatoes - 0, 3 kg;
  • processed cheese - 120-160 g;
  • parsley - 50 g;
  • vegetable oil - 30 ml;
  • seasoning for fish, salt - to taste.

Method of preparation:

  • The flounder carcass, if it is not gutted, gut and clean. Cut off the head and fins. Wash and dry the carcass. Grate it with salt and seasoning, sprinkle well with juice squeezed from whole lemon, and leave to marinate for half an hour.
  • Peel carrots and coarsely rub.
  • Peel the bulbs and cut them into small pieces.
  • Pepper wash, remove seeds. Cut it into small squares.
  • Wash the tomatoes and dice. If desired, they can be removed from the skin before.
  • Chop parsley finely.
