Ingredients

Chicken breast - 0.5 kg;

200 g of champignons;

potatoes - 5 pcs .;

Method of preparation

1. Wash chicken breasts, dry them and cut into medium sized pieces. Clean the onion, rinse and chop into half rings. Wash and cut the mushrooms into thin plates. We clean the carrots and potatoes, wash and cut them into small cubes or straws. Cheese grind on a coarse grater. 2. Heat the pan, pour the oil and put onion in it. Pass, stirring over low heat for a couple of minutes. Then add the mushrooms and stew all together five minutes.

3. Making the sauce. Pour 400 ml of boiling water into a deep bowl and dissolve the cream in it, salt, pepper and season with spices. All mix well.
