Ingredients for minced meat:

• half a kilogram of pork and beef mince;

• incomplete cup of long grain rice;

• chicken egg;

• large onion head;

• 1 carrot;

• A couple of garlic cloves;

• dry basil, coriander - 20 g each;

• allspice powder - 30 g;

• salt - 1 teaspoon;

• a floor of a bunch of parsley.

On sauce:

• medium fat sour cream - 1 cup;

• 2 tomatoes;

• a few cloves of garlic;

• flour - 10 g;

• incomplete glass of boiling water.

Preparation:

1. Boil pure rice in lightly salty water for 10 minutes, throw in a colander to drain the liquid.
