six chicken eggs;

a large bunch of green onions.

Method of preparation

1. Pour the milk into a saucepan or bowl and set on a small fire. We warm up. Milk should be warm, but by no means hot. Remove from the heat and dissolve in it a spoonful of granulated sugar and yeast. Slightly salt. Stir and set aside until a yeast “cap” appears on the surface. 2. Pound an egg into a separate dish and shake it with a fork or a whisk with the remaining sugar. Remove the butter from the refrigerator beforehand so that it becomes soft.
