Recipe 1: Chicken in puff pastry (legs)

The original appearance and great taste and ease of preparation allows any housewife to take advantage of this recipe and surprise guests with its creation.

Ingredients Required:

- chicken legs - 5-6 pieces;

- puff pastry - 0.5 kg;

- hard cheese - 250g;

- garlic cloves - 2-3 pieces;

- salt and pepper.


First you need to wash the chicken legs (legs) and then dry them with kitchen towels. Finely chop the garlic cloves or skip them through a press and mix with salt and fresh ground pepper. The resulting mixture rub the prepared legs and set them aside for 15-20 minutes.

We take a hard sort of cheese and cut them into thin slices. Carefully put the slices under the skin and gently straighten it so that the shin has a beautiful shape. Roll out the dough about 0.5 cm thick and cut it into thin strips. Carefully wrap each leg with a spiral. We should have legs that look like bagels. Grease the baking sheet and put the legs in it. Ingredients Required:

- chicken legs (no matter what part you will use) - 5-6 pieces;

- salt, pepper and red paprika.

For the test:

- chicken eggs - 2 pieces;

- flour - 2 tbsp. l .;

- salt and pepper; parsley;

- breadcrumbs.


So, first prepare the dough. Finely chop a few sprigs of parsley. In a bowl, beat the eggs, salt a little and beat with a fork. Add flour and mix well. We should have a stiff dough, but not a liquid one. If it seems to you not thick enough, you can add a little more flour. Here we will send the chopped greens and let the dough stand for a while.

During this time we will take the legs. Remove the skin, wash and dry. Mix the salt and pepper and roll the legs in this mixture. Set aside for 5 minutes. Pour crackers in a separate bowl. Take the leg, roll it in the resulting dough and immediately sprinkle with breadcrumbs from all sides. Sent in the freezer for 10 minutes. In exactly the same way we do with all the other legs.

The oven is turned on by 180 degrees - let it warm up. Pour the sunflower oil in the baking pan and drop the legs out of the freezer compartment and immediately send them to bake. After 15-20 minutes, turn the legs to the other side and continue the process. If you pour sunflower oil in the form to a level that would almost cover the meat, then you do not need to turn the legs in this case - they will be fully prepared in 25-30 minutes. Ready curly legs in the dough must lay on a paper towel to absorb all the excess fat. During this time, lay a beautiful green pillow on a serving plate, in the middle lay the legs beautifully. - chicken breast - 400 g;

- cheese - 300 g;

- champignons - 200 g;

Rinse the chicken breast well, pat dry with a towel, season with pepper and salt. Fry meat on both sides for 2-3 minutes, as if sealing them. Cut the mushrooms into small platinum and chop the onion finely. Send to the pan with oil and fry. Chop the greens and mix it with grated cheese and fried mushrooms.

Now roll out the puff pastry and cut into squares. On each square lay out the prepared stuffing, and on top of a piece of chicken fillet. - mushrooms - 300g;

- potatoes - 600 g;

- onions - 1 pc;

- butter - 2 tbsp. l .;

- milk - 50 ml;

- pepper and salt; vegetable oil.


First put the cook potatoes, which will make mashed potatoes. Shred the onion and mushrooms. Pour vegetable oil into the pan and fry the onion in it. As soon as it starts to become transparent, add mushrooms to it and simmer for another 15 minutes. Salt the chicken legs and pepper and put them in the pan fry in vegetable oil until fully cooked. Roll out the puff pastry into a layer and cut it into 15 cm sides with the same squares. From the dough pieces we make small flat cakes and place them in the center of the square. Such a layer of dough will prevent further bags from leaking. Add butter to the mashed potatoes, pour in some milk, add salt and mix well. Add the mushrooms and mix all neatly. Put the stuffing in the center of the square, and on top, put the bone up on the chicken leg. Wrap the dough and form beautiful bags. The stone remains on top, so wrap it with a piece of foil so that it does not turn black in the baking process. For reliability, you can tie the dough near the stone thread, only then do not forget to remove it.

The heat chamber will heat up to t 180 degrees. Put the bags with legs into the baking mold and send them for 15-20 minutes. Beautiful reddened bags are ready.
