- 2 chicken eggs;
- 1 tbsp. kefir or yogurt;

- 100 g of granulated sugar;

First of all, break the eggs into a container with high sides. When making dough products, it is best to use homemade chicken eggs - they will give the products a more saturated color.
Next, add sugar and salt. How should we whisk the whole mass with a whisk for 2-3 minutes so that a lush, non-falling foam is formed on its surface.
Then pour a glass of kefir - it will add pancakes to pomp, however, you can use unsweetened yogurt, ryazhenka or yogurt, but milk is not recommended.
Soda is quenched with vinegar and gently interfere with the dough so that air bubbles are inside it.
Pour the wheat flour and stir it with a whisk or scapula.
The last ingredient will be vegetable oil: pour one spoonful of it into the dough, and the second - onto the surface of the pan. This amount of fat is enough to fry the whole mass of dough in portions. It can be replaced with a slice of bacon, pinned on a fork. They will need to lubricate the surface of the pan before frying the next pancake - so you generally minimize fat intake. Using a ladle, pour the first portion of dough into the pan - for pancakes it is best to use small diameter frying pans or saucepans with a non-stick bottom. Fry for about 1 minute over medium heat.
As soon as bubbles appear at the edges of the pancake and burst, turn it over to the other side with a spatula and fry for about a minute.
Spread ready-made rosy pancakes with a slide and decorate with berries, fruits, jam, cream or honey - according to your taste and desire. From the whole mass of dough, exactly 4 pancakes will turn out.
