Ingredients:

  • sugar - 5-6 tbsp. l
  • egg - 4 pcs.
  • lemon - 1 pc.
  • potato starch - 2 tbsp. l
  • small raisins - 1-2 tbsp. l
  • turmeric - 1 tsp.
  • flour - to roll
  • refined sunflower oil - for frying.

Method of preparation:

Wash the lemon thoroughly with hot water to wash off the citrus wax coating, which is extremely unhealthy. Then, using a knitting knife, remove a thin yellow layer of lemon - zest.
