Tasty and healthy cheesecakes are a chic and frequent breakfast in many families. Cheesecakes can be cooked with different fillings, you can add bright citrus notes to the curd by adding a lot of orange or lemon zest, you can also make cheesecakes not sweet, but on the contrary, with greens and garlic.
Today we will choose healthy and tasty cheesecakes - cheesecakes with oatmeal. Among other things, there is practically no wheat flour in the recipe, the addition of sugar is minimal, so anyone, even one who is on a diet, can afford a couple of such cheesecakes. Serve cheesecakes to the table very tasty with berries, sour cream, honey or any jam.
- cottage cheese - 200 g;
- sugar - 0.5-0.7 tsp;
- chicken yolks - 1 pc .;
- oatmeal - 2.5 tbsp. L .;
- salt - pinch;
- vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons l .;
- Wheat flour - 2 tbsp.
Prepare all the necessary ingredients, measure out the specified amount of oatmeal, put them in the bowl of the blender with a metal knife. Within 20-30 seconds, chop the flakes in the bowl to medium crumbs.
After adding the prepared curd to the blender bowl, select the percentage of fat content from your preferences, but use curd instead of curd mass.
Put some sugar in a bowl, add the yolk of one chicken egg. Optionally, you can not add sugar at all, if using sweet sauce in addition, you can also use a sweetener in the recipe.
Grind all the ingredients in a bowl until a smooth paste.
A tablespoon to get the curd-oat mass and roll the balls. Each cottage cheese ball roll in wheat flour.
