It is best to choose round shapes, not embossed - the chocolate walls of cheese curds are better off.
Choose a sort of chocolate you chose into pieces and place in a bowl that you put in a water bath - an ordinary saucepan or a ladle with water is perfect for this. Cheese products are excellent, as from white, and from milk or dark chocolate. Place a dipper with water and a bowl on top of the stove, turn on a small fire and simmer until the chocolate is completely melted. You shouldn’t keep such a product in a water bath for a long time, since it can be stratified - remove the bucket from the heat and place it on a plate. Hot water will not make the chocolate harden.
(photo 2) Using a cooking brush, coat the silicone molds with hot chocolate so that there are no visible gaps. Immediately place the chocolate molds in the freezer for 10 minutes, but do not remove the melted chocolate from the water bath!
While the forms freeze, mix the curd with condensed milk. If desired, you can add any filling to the filling: raisins, dried apricots, fresh fruits or berries, condensed milk or a piece of chocolate.
Take out the frozen molds and fill them with prepared sweet curd mass.
Again, place in the freezer for 10 minutes to grab the cottage cheese - you need to put another layer of chocolate on top, and if the cottage cheese is warm, the chocolate will mix with it and you will get an ugly surface.
After the specified time has elapsed, remove the molds and coat them with hot chocolate on top. Last time put in the freezer for 5 minutes, and then you can get them.
Gently hooking the edges of the silicone mold with your finger, separate it from the chocolate layer in a circle - this is quite easy to do. But we must act quickly, as the chocolate layer melts at the touch of hands.
