Method of preparation:

1. Cut the pumpkin into small cubes. Pour the milk into the pan, bring it to the boil, then put the pumpkin with cinnamon, sugar and salt.

2. Thoroughly mix all the ingredients, cook porridge over low heat with occasional stirring. It can be considered finished when boiled up pumpkin cubes begin to split into fibers. After smoothing the finished porridge with butter, serve it to the table.

Recipe 2: Semolina with Pumpkin

300 gr. peeled pumpkin,

2 tbsp. l semolina,

200 gr. milk

1 tsp. butter,

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the pumpkin into small cubes. Pour into a saucepan 0.5 cups of milk, bring it to a boil, add a pumpkin to it and cook over low heat until soft.

2. Mix the rest of the milk in the pan with the same amount of boiled water, bring the mixture to a boil.

3. Add to it the semolina with sugar and salt, not forgetting to constantly stir the contents of the saucepan. Preparing the semolina porridge, lay out the pumpkin in it, mix well, add the butter, then cover the saucepan with the lid and cover with a towel, leave it to stand for about 10 minutes.

Method of preparation:

1. Flush the millet well, pour boiling water over it and leave it for 5 minutes.

2. Cut the pumpkin into small cubes.

3. Add sugar and salt to the swelled millet and mix the resulting mass well, put it in a baking dish. Putting on top of the cubes of pumpkin, pour honey and lay out the oil.

4. Close the form tightly with foil, place it in a well-heated oven and bake for 1 hour. Then, taking the porridge from the oven, keep the dish under the foil for about 10 minutes, stir and serve.
