Armenian lavash is suitable for cooking lasagna only if you first let it soak in the sauce. Otherwise, in the oven, it will become brittle and dry. What can serve as a sauce? Mix cream and sour cream, kefir and egg or ryazhenka with egg, add spices - the sauce is ready. Most often, fermented milk products are used for the sauce, immersing the cut sheets of pita in them for 10-12 minutes. During this time, pita will be soaked, but not soaked. - Fillet of red fish - 180 gr.
- Low-fat cottage cheese - 320 gr.

- Kefir - 300 gr.

Connect one egg and kefir. Sliced pita bread with sauce and spread on each other. Leave the pita bread for 10 minutes.
Prepare the filling. Cottage cheese should be rubbed through a sieve or crushed in a blender, adding one egg for a more viscous consistency.
Fish pitted, salt well and leave in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. Wash salt with fish and cut it into small cubes. Chop the dill.
