Then, naturally, we begin to recall easy recipes, to quickly invent some simple dish, although there is no desire to cook at all.

Among such simple recipes of preparation the honorable place is occupied by chicken cooked in kefir. Indeed, this dish requires a minimum of ingredients, but the result is maximized. The only thing is that the process of marinating meat, for which you need to devote a certain time. But there is no bad without good - as long as the meat is marinated, you will have time to relax a little. Recipe 1: Kefir Chicken

Ingredients Required:

- chicken - 1.2-1.5 kg;

- kefir - 0.75 ml;

- seasoning for chicken and salt.

Preparation:

We start the preparatory process. Well wash the chicken and cut it into portions. Sprinkle meat with seasoning and salt, mix and place it in a deep bowl. Distribute the meat in an even layer and fill it with kefir. Please note - kefir must completely cover the pieces of meat! Ingredients Required:

- chicken - 1 pc .;

- kefir - 0.75 ml .;

- Cherry tomatoes;

- garlic - 2 cloves;

- a mixture of Italian herbs;

- salt and pepper to taste;

- potatoes per each family member.

Preparation:

First, wash the chicken and divide it into portions. Chicken can be successfully replaced thigh or other parts of the chicken.

Prepare the marinade. Pour kefir in a bowl. Garlic cloves finely chopped and sent to kefir. Add salt, ground black pepper and a mixture of Italian herbs (you can use your favorite herbs).
