One cannot surprise anyone with a variety of salads today. People have learned to combine a variety of ingredients, fill them with interesting dressings and sauces, resulting in great taste. Today we will get acquainted with one type of salad called Heh. We understand that the name is interesting, and most likely many of you realized that this is a Korean salad, the fashion for which has firmly entered our kitchens. Usually, the technology of making such salads was first introduced to us by Korean friends, after which our cooks began to add a little of their fantasies, including ingredients more available to us. Regarding the salad Heh - so this is a great option for those of us who like to pamper yourself with sharp dishes. In principle, Xe salad at the same time can be considered a salad, and a good snack.
A modern classic dish of Heh is a spicy snack made from pickled pollock, tuna or mackerel. To prepare it, you must first marinate the fish, but do not heat treat it. Prepare Heh also from lamb, veal and poultry. Only pork for this dish is not used in any way.
If we talk about the modern interpretation of the recipes for cooking Korean dishes, Russian cooks in some cases subject the products to heat treatment, but in all other versions of the cooking technology, they adhere to traditional Korean technologies.
Recipe 1. Salad “Heh”
- beef meat - 0.5 kg .;
- salt, vinegar, a little sugar and soy sauce;
- carrot - 5-6 pcs .;
- onions - 2 heads;
- garlic - 3-4 heads,
- black and red hot peppers.
Take a little frozen meat and cut it into strips. Prepare the marinade from a small amount of vinegar, soy sauce, sugar and salt. All mix and pour straw meat. Give the meat to marinate in a cool place (not in the refrigerator) all night.
Utrechkom clean the prepared carrots and chop it. Cut the onion rings in half rings and mix with the meat. Add black pepper, a bit of hot pepper and garlic cloves from 3-4 heads of medium size, passed through the press. All mix well. Pour 50 g of oil into the pan and heat it to such an extent that smoke begins to appear over it. Hot oil pour our salad, mix with a wooden spatula and leave to stand until evening. In the evening, Xe's salad is served.
Recipe 2. Salad “Heh”
- fillet of catfish, pollock, tuna or other fish - 0.5 kg;
- carrot - 2 pcs .;
- onions - 4 pcs .;
- garlic cloves - 2 pcs .;
- sweet pepper, coriander, spices, vinegar essence 1 tbsp;
- salt and sugar.
First, we process the fish fillet, make sure that all the bones are removed and cut it into thin strips. Pour vinegar and leave to marinate for 40-50 minutes. Peel the carrots and cut them into Korean straw. Heat the oil in a pan and ferment the carrot in it. When the carrot softens a bit, salt. Remove from heat and lay the carrot on a layer of fish.
Peppers are peeled and cut into strips - this will be the third layer of lettuce. Next you need to lay out a layer of onion rings, salt, pour vinegar, sprinkle with spices, salt, sugar and pour vinegar. Stir and add the minced garlic cloves and cilantro. We remove the salad in a cold place for 24 hours.
Recipe 3. Salad “Heh”
- Beef - 800 g;
- orange juice (fresh) - 1 cup;
- Bulgarian pepper - 100 g;
- Onions - 1 pc .;
- Tomato paste - 3 tbsp. l .;
- greens of basil, dill, parsley, jira; ground black and red pepper; salt.
Cut the meat into strips, as is the case with beef stroganom. In a separate bowl, mix orange juice (200 g), tomato paste and chopped greens. Rub the onion in a grater, and then beat it with a blender, add pepper, salt and again beat in a blender porridge. Add the cooked sauce to the juice of orange and tomato paste. Add more chopped Bulgarian pepper and mix. We lay out a foil on a baking sheet. Lay out a layer of straw meat, pour the sauce and close the second layer of foil. Send bake for 40 minutes in the oven, heated to 150 degrees.
Then put the salad on the dish, garnish with greens and serve to the table.
Recipe 4. Salad “Heh”
- Chicken fillet - 0.5 kg;
- carrot - 3 pcs .; - onions - 3 pcs .;
- vegetable oil - 150 ml;
- Vinegar 9% - 7 tbsp. l .;
- Salt, pepper, seasoning for Korean carrot - 2 tbsp.
Thin straw chop chicken breast. We clean the carrots and rub them on a special grater for the Korean carrot. Peeled onion heads cut into half rings. Pour oil into a frying pan and heat it. Hot oil pour ingredients, mix. Then pour the vinegar, add all the spices, mix again and remove our Xe salad in the fridge for 24 hours.
Please note that all the spices in this salad should be added only after the hot oil is added to the salad. Only in this way you will be able to preserve their aroma and taste!
Recipe 5. Salad “Heh”
- pike fresh, fillet part - 1 kg;
- Vinegar 70% - 1 tbsp.;
- carrot - 2-3 pcs .;
- red hot pepper, paprika, onion - 1 head, salt, vinegar and vegetable oil.
Clean the pike, cut the fillet and cut the filet into small steaks. Fold them in a small bowl and pour 1 tbsp. 70% acetic acid. Stir. Leave in a cold place to marinate for a while.
Peel the onion and cut it into rings. Stir once again the filet and add the onion rings.
Now for the carrot. Peel it, and cut it on a special grater. Send it to the fish, salt and add 2 tsp. vegetable oil. Stir, add paprika, hot pepper. Stir again, add 1 tsp. liquid soy, cover the dishes with a lid and leave to marinate for 2.5 hours.
Then mix the salad well and put it in a salad bowl. This salad is the perfect snack for a glass of vodka!
