But how to cook his meat so that it remains tender and fragrant? In supermarkets it is almost impossible to purchase chilled squid, and only frozen carcasses. First, try to buy uncleaned squid, or at least those that are still protected by a peel film. Remember that fresh squid will surely smell like sea, something resembling the smell of crabs. If this smell is absent, then keep in mind - these squids have already been frozen. You can eat such meat, but, unfortunately, you will not get the taste you need. Squids are defrosted in the usual way - from the refrigerating chamber they are transferred into cold water. To keep the squid meat tender, we do not recommend scalding the squid with boiling water before cleaning. Ingredients Required:

- squid - 200 g;

- canned corn - 150 g;

- Onions - 1 pc .;

- cheese - 120 g;

- mayonnaise - 2 tbsp.
