It turns out quite appetizing meat with a limited number of ingredients, while it is cooked much faster. In cooking, there are a sufficient number of such recipes, where the cooking process itself takes place in a frying pan, cauldron or oven.

Recipe 1: Meat with Onions

Ingredients Required:

- lean pork - 1 kg;

- onions - 3-4 pcs .;

- soy sauce - 1 tbsp. l .;

- vodka - 30-40 ml;

- sugar - 1 tbsp.

Preparation:

Cut the pork into medium-sized pieces and boil the meat for 5 minutes in a saucepan. Drain some water and rinse the meat in running cold water. Such a little trick is not only to allow meat to be cooked faster, but also to save it from substances unnecessary for our body.
