To start cooking the dish itself, first add salt and pepper to the mincemeat if you purchased it ready. If you have chicken fillet or other type of meat, then first pass it through a meat grinder, and then add all the spices. Cut the carrots and onions into large cubes, after they have been cleaned and rinsed.

Heat the vegetable or sunflower oil in a pan or skillet and dip the vegetable cut into it along with the pieces of minced meat. Mix everything well and fry until ready for about 15-20 minutes, until the minced meat is completely browned. The main thing is not to overcook the filling so that it remains juicy. If this happens, add a little boiling water to the container so that the stuffing is soaked in liquid. Optionally, you can add a little tomato paste or the pulp of fresh tomatoes, pre-peeled, but then you will need to evaporate a little tomato juice so that the filling does not turn out to be too liquid.

Wash the bell peppers outside and cut them in half together with the tails to make the boats. Carefully cut the seeds out of them, so as not to damage the base and rinse again.
