It is included in the composition of numerous dishes, including salads, based on it they prepare delicious broths and soups. With all this, due to the low calorie content of meat, it is adequately included in the diet menu.

The easiest way to cook chicken, undoubtedly, is baked meat in the oven, which in combination with vegetables has a delicate and spicy taste. And if you still cook a delicious salad for meat, serve it with an exquisite sauce, then this dish can certainly take pride of place at any ceremonial table. There are many recipes for baked chicken, but before you start cooking, let me inform you that in order to bake chicken in the oven, you need to buy only chilled poultry, not frozen ones. On average, the period of poultry baking in the oven is 1 hour, depending on the size of the carcass. The readiness of the meat is checked by puncturing it in the joint area - if clear juice is released, with no visible red impurities, this indicates that you can safely choose chicken from the oven and serve it to the table.

Recipe 1. Baked chicken with potatoes and garlic

The prepared dish according to this recipe has an incredibly tasty aroma, beautiful appearance and a special taste. To start cooking, we need: chicken - 1.5 kg; potatoes of average size - 1 kg; garlic - 7-8 cloves; butter - 100 g; vegetable oil - 100-125 ml; ground pepper and salt, baking sleeve. Let's start the process. First of all, we gently wash the carcass, dry it with a paper towel and lay it on the desktop. Separately, let pass through a press or grind 3 cloves of garlic in a mortar, mix with vegetable oil. Salt and pepper. All thoroughly mix and rub the mixture with the resulting skin of the chicken. The carcass rubbed with a mixture should be put aside for half an hour to make its meat well soaked. Then put the chicken in the baking sleeve, put the washed potatoes around it, salt it to taste and set. So, for this we need: chilled chicken - 1.8-2 kg; champignons - 0.5 kg; garlic - 4 slices; onions - 2 pcs; potatoes - 0.5 kg; butter - 200 g; lemon juice - 10 ml; spring onions and parsley; sunflower oil - 2 tablespoons l .; lemon - 0.5 fruit.

We proceed to cooking: Peel the onions and garlic cloves and finely chop. Take a few pieces of champignons and finely chop too.
