  • 200 g of cheese;

  • an egg;

  • milk - 150 ml;
  • two tomatoes.

1. Heat the oven to 190 degrees. Peel carrots and grind on a coarse grater. Free the onions from the husk and finely chop. Fry the vegetables in a heated frying pan in olive oil until golden brown. Put vegetable frying on the bottom of the form in an even layer. 2. Rinse, dry, and cut the cod fillet into medium slices. Spread the fish on the roasted vegetables in a thick layer.
