Method of preparation:

1. Cut the eggplants along the plates, having a thickness of about 0.5 cm, sprinkle them with salt, so that they let the juice, which after about 10 minutes you need to drain.

2. Wash salt off the plates, then dry them with a paper towel. 3. Grind the tomatoes and mix them with chopped dill and garlic passed through the garlic, salt and pepper.

4. Dipping eggplant plates in a beaten egg, fry them on both sides until soft, then remove excess oil with a napkin.
