• two tablespoons of grated fresh ginger;

• two tablespoons of sesame oil;

• a tablespoon of plain vegetable oil;

• three cloves of garlic;

• half a spoon of black pepper or a mixture of peppers;

• two tablespoons of soy sauce;

• two tablespoons of water.

Preparation:
