Salad with Chinese cabbage and sausage: general principles
For a salad with Chinese cabbage and sausage, you need to choose a good kochanchik: without dried or rotted leaves, fresh and pleasant color. - Cabbage leaves, if they are gentle enough, it is better not to cut it, but to tear it with your hands will save juice and vitamins.
- The sausage should be chosen with a sufficiently dense consistency to keep the shape well, otherwise its slices will look unattractive in the salad.
- You should not take too pink sausage - it is most likely tinted. The color should be slightly grayish.
- Take a slice of sausage in your fingers. If it is very fat, this sausage is not suitable for salad. And if it is too wet, then it is hardly worth eating this sausage at all: it seems to be frozen.
