Recipe 1: White Bean Soup with Chicken

For cooking white bean chicken soup we will use canned product. With him, the dish is very simple and quick, especially if you use chicken fillet. If you take other parts of the bird, the broth will have to boil a little longer.

Ingredients

• 0.3 kg chicken fillet;

• 1 can of white beans;

• 3 potatoes;

• 1 clove garlic;

• greenery;

• spices;

• 1 onion;

• 30 ml of oil;

• carrot.

Cooking

1. Cut the chicken fillet into cubes, pour 1.6 liters of water and send to the stove. We are waiting for boiling to remove the foam. Cook for exactly 15 minutes, should not be longer.

2. Cut cubed potatoes. Throw to the chicken.

3. From chopped onions and grated carrots, we prepare ordinary sautéing in vegetable oil. 4. Open the beans and drain all the liquid.

5. After seven minutes of boiling potatoes, add canned beans to the pan. Dish salt.

6. Bring the potatoes to full softness and add the fried vegetables.

7. Fill the soup with herbs, spices and you're done!

Recipe 2: White Bean Soup with Smoked Meat

Recipe insanely fragrant white bean soup, which will need any smoked meats. This may be brisket, ribs, a piece of ham. Can be cooked with smoked chicken wings - it will be delicious too!

Ingredients

• 250 grams of white beans;

• 300 grams of smoked meat;

• 300 grams of potatoes;

• 1 Bulgarian pepper;

• onion head;

• greens and salt;

• 1 clove garlic.

Cooking

1. We soak the beans in water for a couple of hours, then boil them until soft, pour the liquid.

2. Put the saucepan on the stove with two and a half liters of water. Give boil.

3. Run the potatoes, cook for three minutes.

4. Smoked meats cut into cubes, the same as potatoes. Fry for a minute in a greased pan and add to the potatoes.

5. After boiling, we lay the previously boiled white beans. Cook until the potatoes are soft, five minutes before the end of cooking, we salt the dish.

6. On the same frying pan, in which smoked meats, add a spoonful of butter and fry the chopped onion, at the end add the sweet pepper cut into small cubes.

7. We shift roasted vegetables to the pan and cook another two minutes.

8. We throw chopped greens, chopped garlic clove and ready! Bay leaf, spices can be laid to taste.

Recipe 3: White Bean Tomato Soup

For this white bean soup it is better to use canned tomatoes. They will give the dish a bright and rich taste. But if they are not, then substitute tomato sauce, regular tomatoes or diluted pasta.

Ingredients

• 0.15 kg white beans;

• 1 onion;

• 7-8 canned tomatoes; • 3 potatoes;

• 4 spoons of butter;

• 2 bell peppers;

• 1 carrot;

• pepper, salt.

Cooking

1. Beans swollen in water should be boiled until soft in water, no need to salt. Pour the liquid.

2. In another saucepan with two liters of water or broth, put boiled potatoes, cut into cubes.

3. Ten minutes later, we put the beans to it, salt.

4. Onion head cut into cubes, fry with four spoons of oil.

5. Add grated carrot.

6. We clean the bell peppers from the centers with seeds, cut them into cubes and also throw them into the pan, cook the vegetables until soft.

Recipe 4: White Bean Soup with Zucchini

Recipe for vegetable soup of white beans, which will fit for a diet or fasting. We use fresh vegetables. Beans will take canned.

Ingredients

• 1 can of beans;

• 2 potatoes;

• 2 tomatoes;

• 1 onion;

• 1 zucchini;

• 1 pepper;

• 1 bunch of dill;

• 2 spoons of butter;

• salt.

Cooking

1. Cut potatoes into small cubes up to 0.5 centimeters. Fill with two liters of boiling water. We set to prepare. Five minutes later we add salt.

2. Cut the zucchini into pieces, lay to the potatoes.

3. After two minutes, put the pepper, cut into cubes.

4. Open the beans, pour the marinade and shift to the pan. Cook until soft potatoes, salt.

5. Fry the onion, add the chopped sweet pepper to it, and then grated tomatoes. Instead of fresh tomatoes, you can add 1-2 tablespoons of pasta.

6. Fill the dish fried tomatoes with onions.

7. After a minute, turn off. Greens and spices are added at its discretion.

Recipe 5: White Bean Soup with Mushrooms (Marinated)

Recipe for simple white bean mushroom soup. Both beans and champignons are used canned, which significantly reduces and simplifies cooking. Use a small jar of champignons 0.3-0.4 l.

Ingredients

• 1 can of beans;

• 1 onion;

• 1 can of champignon;

• 3 potatoes;

• greens and salt;

• some oil;

• 2 spoons of tomato paste.

Cooking

1. Boil a couple of liters of water, throw potatoes. We cut in any pieces, the size does not matter.

2. Shred the onion, fry for a minute.

3. Shred champignons with plates, send to onions and cook together. After evaporation of moisture. Then add the tomato, fry a little and turn it off immediately.

4. Open the can of beans, drain and rinse. We spread to almost cooked potatoes. Give two minutes to simmer.

5. Add the mushrooms with tomato paste and onions. Soup salt.

Recipe 6: White Bean Mushroom Soup (with Dried Mushrooms)

The recipe for this mushroom soup with white beans. The most delicious is obtained with porcini mushrooms, but you can take other, preferably forested and fragrant.

Ingredients

• 3 potatoes;

• 1 carrot;

• 80 grams of dried mushrooms;

• 150 grams of beans;

• 1 onion;

• any spices.

Cooking

1. Wash dried mushrooms, pour cold water and leave for at least two hours. Then we change the liquid, pour in clean water and cook for 20 minutes. Remove from broth.

2. Pour 1.8 liters of clean water into a saucepan and add two cups of mushroom broth. We put on the stove.

3. Boil the white beans separately almost until readiness, add to the saucepan with mushroom water, give to boil.

4. Put the chopped potatoes to the beans, cook for ten minutes, then salt. 5. Boiled mushrooms finely chopped, fry in a pan with chopped onions and carrots.

6. Shift the mushroom mixture with vegetables into the pan and cook for another five minutes. Boil the soup on low heat, salt and pepper.

7. Chop the greens. This may be parsley, dill, cilantro. Add to the pot. Throw a leaf of laurel and can be turned off.

8. Serve on the table with sour cream and homemade croutons.

Recipe 7: White Bean Soup with Beef

3. Cut potatoes, put them in a saucepan with soup. Cook the dish until it is ready.

4. Fry vegetables. To do this, chop the onions and carrots, fry almost until done, then put the pepper to them. Cook another minute, put the last tomato paste. If the paste is thick, then dilute a small amount of broth from the pan. Stew for a few minutes.

5. We shift the vegetables into the soup, salt, pepper and simmer on low heat for about five minutes. We throw greens and ready! Served with sour cream.

Recipe 8: White Bean Soup with Melted Cheese

Another very simple and quick recipe for bean soup. Product use canned. Crude cheese in a foil. Dish without potatoes, but with cabbage.

Ingredients

• 1 can of beans;

• 0.3 kg of cabbage;

• 2 cheese;

• 1 carrot;

• 1 onion;

• 30 grams of butter;

Cooking

1. Cut the onion, rub the carrot and fry the vegetables with butter until rosy color.

2. Shred cabbage, throw in 1.5 liters of boiling water. You can immediately add a little salt.

3. Cook the cabbage for two minutes, put the canned beans.

4. After another two minutes add fried vegetables. Cabbage by this point should already be almost ready.

5. Put the processed cheese that needs to be grated or finely crumbled.

6. Fill the dish with pepper, herbs and turn it off. Cheese should be dissolved.

White Bean Soup - Tips and Tricks

• When soaking beans in water for a long time, it oxidizes. To prevent this from happening, after several hours of the beans in the liquid, the water must be changed. It is recommended to do this every three hours. But since the soaking is usually done overnight, you can simply put the dishes in the fridge, and in the morning get it out and rinse the product well.

• To make the beans boil faster, you can pour every five minutes into the pot one spoon of cold water.

• If white beans cracked during cooking, then it is no longer suitable for soup. The product will only spoil the broth and make it cloudy. But from such a bean you can make a great mash: tasty and healthy.

• If boiled beans are larger than needed, then it is not necessary to put them all in the soup or throw them away. The product can be added to salads, second courses and even in minced meat, but pre-grind.
