Pickled Cherry Tomatoes

A canned tomato (cherry variety) snack is the best for a festive table. Small savory tomatoes not only look beautiful, but also taste - just incredible. These tomatoes are perfectly soaked with marinade because of its small size. In addition, it is convenient to roll them into small jars.

  • cherry tomatoes - 400 g;
  • sweet pepper - 1 pc .;
  • garlic - 4 cloves;
  • hot pepper -1 pc .;
  • parsley - 3 stalks;
  • dill - 2 stalks;
  • bay leaf - 1 pc .;
  • coriander peas - 10 pcs .;
  • black pepper peas - 2 pcs .;
  • mustard seeds - 0, 5 tsp;
  • allspice peas - 1 pc .;
  • carnation - 2 pcs .;
  • salt - 1, 5 tsp;
  • sugar - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • water - 0, 3 l;
  • Vinegar 9% - 1, 5 tsp.

1. Prepare vegetables for preservation. Tomatoes should be fresh, ripe and with an elastic skin. Cherry tomatoes should be rinsed thoroughly with water. Dry the tomatoes with a clean towel. Rinse sweet and hot peppers. Cut fruit legs. Release peppers from seeds. Peel garlic cloves. Rinse parsley and dill. Drain the greens with a towel.

2. Prepare for conservation a glass jar and an iron lid. Treat all soda powder. Rinse under running water. Capacity to sterilize in the oven or steamed. Immerse the iron lid in boiling water for 5 minutes. Pour cloves, mustard seeds, peas, peppers and coriander into a dry sterilized jar. Place a bay leaf on the bottom of the glass bowl.

3. Fill the jar with tightly packed cherry tomatoes. Between tomatoes put dill and parsley sprigs, garlic, sweet and spicy peppers.

4. Boil water. Pour the tomatoes with hot liquid. Cover the glass container with a sterilized lid. Leave the tomatoes infused for 40 minutes.

5. Drain the water from the jar into an enamel bowl. Dissolve the salt and sugar in it. Bring marinade to a boil. Then pour vinegar into it. Boil the liquid for another 3 minutes.

6. Fill a jar of tomatoes with hot marinade to the brim of the neck. To cover with a lid. The key to conservation hermetically roll up the jar. Turn over the glass container. Remove it for the whole night under a warm blanket. After complete cooling, move the container to a cool place. In winter, you will not be able to break away from sweet aromatic tomatoes.
