  • potatoes - 1 kg;
  • fresh, white or champignon mushrooms - 0, 2 kg;
  • onions - 100 g;
  • chicken egg - 2 pcs .;
  • wheat flour - 35 g;
  • salt, spices - to taste;
  • vegetable oil - how much will leave.

Method of preparation:

  • Peel the potatoes, wash, dry with a napkin. Rub on a fine or medium grater, add salt and leave aside for a while.
  • Wash the mushrooms, dry them with paper napkins and cut them into small cubes.
  • Peel a medium sized onion and chop it with a knife.
  • Heat some vegetable oil in a frying pan, put onion in it, fry it until golden brown.
  • Add the mushrooms and fry them until the liquid released from the pan evaporates. Transfer the finished stuffing from the pan, lightly salted and pepper it.
  • Place the potato mass in a gauze folded in several layers, squeeze it to remove excess liquid.
  • Mix potatoes with raw eggs.
  • Add flour, pepper, mix thoroughly.
  • Heat a new batch of butter in a clean pan. When it boils, put the potato mass into the pan and flatten it with a spoon to form a thin layer. Pancakes with pickled mushrooms


  • potatoes - 1 kg;
  • pickled mushrooms - 150 g;
  • chicken egg - 2 pcs .;
  • wheat flour - 35 g;
  • garlic - 1 clove;
  • fresh dill - 50 g;
  • salt, black pepper - to taste;
  • vegetable oil - how much will leave.

Method of preparation:

  • Rinse the fungus, dry it, putting it on a napkin. Cut large mushrooms into several pieces.
  • Potato tubers clean, wash, chop on a grater, squeeze out extra juice.
  • Crush the garlic with a special press, add to the potatoes.
  • Beat the eggs, combine with the potato mass, mix well.
  • Enter the flour. Stir until smooth.
  • Finely chop the dill with a knife.
  • Put mushrooms and greens in the potato mass, add salt and pepper, mix.
  • Heat the oil in a frying pan. Spread the potato mass in the pan with spoons. Fry for 3-4 minutes on each side on a fire of medium intensity.

  • potatoes - 1, 2 kg;

  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • mayonnaise or sour cream - 20 ml;
  • carrots - 100 g;
  • chicken egg - 2 pcs .;
  • wheat flour - 50 g;
  • salt, spices - to taste;
  • vegetable oil - 40 ml.

Method of preparation:

  • On a coarse grater, chop the peeled potatoes, mix it, squeeze the juice, with the egg and flour, mix thoroughly.
  • Squeeze garlic into the potato mass, add salt and pepper, stir it again.
  • Finely chop the onion and grate the carrots.
  • Mix half the onion with the potato mass.
  • Cut mushrooms into small cubes, fry together with the remaining onions and carrots, mix with minced meat.
  • Add egg, salt and spices to mince. Mix thoroughly.
  • Season and salt to taste the potato mass.
  • Cover the baking sheet with foil and brush with butter.
  • Make thin pancakes from potato masses, put them on a baking sheet. Put a layer of minced mushrooms on top. Cover with a small amount of potato paste.
  • Heat the oven to 180 degrees and place a pan of pancakes in it. Bake them for 30 minutes.
