  • Frozen meat is usually drier than fresh or chilled. Composition:

  • boiled beef - 0, 3 kg;
  • chicken eggs - 5 pcs .;
  • onions - 150 g;
  • table vinegar (9 percent) - 40 ml;
  • hard cheese - 150 g;
  • mayonnaise - how much will go.

Method of preparation:

  • Free the onions from the husk, cut them into thin half rings.
  • Dilute the vinegar with water in the amount of 80-100 ml, dip the onion in the marinade, leave for 20 minutes.
  • Cool the boiled beef, cut into small strips.
  • Eggs boil hard boiled. Put it under a stream of cold water to cool it down. Free from the shell, chop on a coarse grater.
  • Finely rub the cheese.

Composition:

  • veal (fresh) - 0, 25 kg;
  • Bulgarian pepper - 0, 4 kg;
  • fresh cucumber - 150 g;
  • garlic - 1 clove;
  • red pepper, soy sauce - to taste;
  • vegetable oil - how much will leave;
  • sesame seeds (optional) - to taste.

Method of preparation:

  • Cut the meat into slices, as for beef stroganoff. Sprinkle with pepper, stir, pour soy sauce, leave for 15 minutes.
  • Wash and dry vegetables with a napkin.
  • Cut the tips of the cucumber, cut it into strips.
  • Peppers cleaned of seeds, cut into strips.
  • Heat oil in a pan. Put the beef on it, fry it over medium heat for 10 minutes.
  • Add pepper, continue cooking for 10-15 minutes.
  • Add cucumbers and garlic passed through a press, stir and remove from heat.

Composition:

  • boiled beef - 0, 25 kg;
  • onions (red) - 100 g;
  • red canned beans - 0, 25 kg;
  • Bulgarian pepper - 0, 4 kg;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • cilantro - 50 g;
  • table vinegar (9 percent) - 60 ml;
  • vegetable oil - 60-80 ml;
  • walnut kernels - 50 g;
  • salt, spicy ground pepper - to taste.

Method of preparation:

  • Onion, freeing from the husk, cut into half rings and pickle in vinegar mixed with water in a ratio of 1: 1.
  • Remove the seeds from the peppers, cut the flesh into quarters of rings, put in a bowl.
  • Beef cut into thin plates, put to the pepper.
  • Open the jar of beans, drain the liquid from it, shift the beans to the meat and pepper.
  • Squeeze onions, add to other products.
  • Wash, shake cilantro off the water, let it dry.
  • Put the kernels in a bag or cover with a towel. Roll a rolling pin over them to crush them to a fine crumb.
  • Finely chop the garlic.
  • Combine garlic, nuts, oil, pepper and salt. Whisk with a whisk. Season the salad.
  • Put the appetizer in a salad bowl, sprinkle with finely chopped coriander.

Composition:

  • boiled beef - 0.5 kg;
  • potatoes - 0.5 kg;
  • carrots - 0, 3 kg;

  • walnut kernels - 50 g;
  • vegetable oil - 50 ml;
  • onions - 150 g;
  • pomegranate - 2 pcs .;
  • salt, black pepper - to taste;
  • mayonnaise - how much will go.

Method of preparation:

  • Wash vegetables (except onions). Boil separately. Cool, clean, rub into separate plates.
  • Finely chop the boiled beef.
  • Cook hard boiled eggs, cool under running cold water. Peel, chop on a grater.
  • Peel the onions, cut into small cubes.
  • Heat oil in a pan, put onion in it, fry it until transparent.
  • Clean the grenades, taking care not to damage the integrity of the grains. Transfer them to a separate container.
  • Finely chop the nuts with a knife.
  • Put a cylindrical glass in the center of a large dish.
  • Put the potatoes around the glass ring. Salt and pepper it, grease with mayonnaise.
