Caramel and banana filling for cupcakes

Composition:

  • cream - 150 ml;
  • brown sugar - 150 g.

Method of preparation:

Curd Cream for Cupcakes

Composition:

  • cottage cheese - 150 g;
  • fatty cream - 50 ml;
  • butter - 150 g;
  • sugar - 150 g;
  • vanilla essence - 2 drops.

Method of preparation:

  • Curd the curd through a sieve to get the most delicate texture of the future cream.
  • Remove the oil from the refrigerator and place it in a warm place so that it becomes soft.

Remember that you can decorate cupcakes with cream only after they have completely cooled. Otherwise, the cream will spread, and the result is unlikely to meet your expectations.

Filling for Tiramisu Cupcakes

Composition:

  • Mascarpone cream cheese - 0, 25 kg;
  • fatty cream (for whipping) - 150 ml;
  • sugar - 50 g.

Method of preparation:

  • Grind sugar in a coffee grinder to a state of powder.
  • Mix the icing sugar with cream cheese and whisk well.
  • Continuing to beat, gradually introduce the cream. You need to add them literally a spoon. Beat in a cold container, it can even be overlaid with ice.
  • Place the finished cream in a pastry bag and fill it with cupcakes.

Composition:

  • boiled condensed milk - 0, 25 kg;
  • butter - 100 g.

Method of preparation:

  • Remove the oil from the refrigerator so that it softens.
  • Open the condensed milk, put it in the bowl for beating.
  • Add butter to condensed milk.
  • Whisk everything together with a mixer until a thick creamy mass with a pleasant caramel shade is obtained.

If you do not have boiled condensed milk at hand, but only ordinary, you can cook it. To do this, put the jar in a saucepan, pour in plenty of water and boil 2-2, 5 hours after the water in the saucepan boils.

Filling of condensed milk (not boiled)

Composition:

  • condensed milk - 0, 25 l;
  • ground coffee - 5 g.

Method of preparation:

  • Add coffee to the condensed milk, mix thoroughly.
  • Spoon the dough back, pour the condensed milk with another spoon. This can be done before baking or after.

If you wish, you can not add coffee to condensed milk. The taste of the filling will change, but it will be no less pleasant.

Cherry filling for cupcakes

Composition:

  • fresh or frozen cherries - 0, 2 kg;
  • starch - 5 g;
  • water - 40 ml;
  • sugar - 60 g.

Method of preparation:

Composition:

  • sugar - 150 g;

Cupcakes can be filled with fresh berries. To do this, they are enough to put in the raw dough, as if drowning in it. In the same way, muffins can be filled with banana slices or chocolate slices, steamed dried fruits.

Usually the cupcakes are made with sweet fillings, but some housewives make a snack version of this dish.
