Using the juicer allows you to get the maximum amount of juice, in the juicer it turns out the least. On average, to obtain a liter of juice will need 1, 5-1, 7 kg of cucumbers.

Spicy cucumber juice for the winter

Composition (3 liters):

  • cucumbers - 5 kg;
  • salt - 50 g;
  • cumin - 10 g;
  • dill seeds - 10 g;
  • horseradish root - 5 g;
  • Allspice - 15 pcs.

Method of preparation:

  • Prepare the brine by mixing 50 g of salt with three liters of water.
  • Wash cucumbers, cut into large pieces, put in a pickle, leave for half an hour.
  • Remove the cucumber slices from the brine and roll them through the meat grinder or chop them in any other way.
  • Press the cucumber purér through folded gauze. As a result, you should have at least 3 liters of juice.
  • Sterilize the jars, distribute the spices and spices.
  • Cover the jars with lids and leave for 2-3 days at room temperature.
  • When the juice is fermenting, roll it up and put it in the fridge.

Cucumber juice prepared according to this recipe can only be stored in the refrigerator and not more than 6 months.

Cucumber juice without fermentation

Composition (1 l):

  • cucumbers - 2 kg;
  • citric acid - 1 g;
  • salt - 5 g;
  • currant leaves - 2 pcs.

Method of preparation:

  • Wash cucumbers, dry, cut into thin slices and place in the top container of the juice cooker.
  • Sprinkle with salt and citric acid, put clean currant leaves on top.
  • Add water to the bottom of the device.
  • Direct the tube that outputs the juice to a sterilized jar.
  • Turn on the juice cooker or put it on fire.
  • Wait until the jar is full of juice, squeeze the hose.
  • Roll up the can. Leave to cool upside down, covered with something warm.

The cucumber juice prepared according to this recipe can be stored indoors, preferably in a cool one.

Cucumber Juice

Composition (3 liters):

  • cucumbers - 2 kg;
  • apples - 2 kg;
  • cinnamon - 5 g;
  • sugar (optional) - 150 g.

Method of preparation:

  • Wash, dry apples and cucumbers with a napkin.
  • Pass them through the juicer. If you do not have it, turn the fruit through a meat grinder and squeeze it through gauze folded in several layers, but then the juice may turn out a little less.
  • Combine cucumber and apple juice, add cinnamon and sugar if you decide to sweeten the drink.
  • Put the juice on a slow fire. Boil for 10 minutes.
  • Pour the juice over the sterilized jars, seal them cork tightly, turn them over and cover with a blanket.

If you made juice without sugar, you can only store it in a cool place. Sugar-made beverage is well worth it even at room temperature.

Cucumber-tomato juice

Composition (3 liters):

  • cucumbers - 2 kg;
  • tomatoes - 2, 5-3 kg;
  • sugar - 20 g;
  • salt - 20 g;
  • citric acid - 2 g.

Method of preparation:

  • From tomatoes and cucumbers, squeeze the juice in the way that you think is most convenient.
  • Add sugar and salt, citric acid to the vegetable juice, mix.
  • Boil the juice for 10 minutes.
  • Pour the drink into prepared jars, close them tightly, turn them over and leave to cool under a blanket.

Drink prepared for the winter according to the above recipe does not require any special storage conditions.

Frozen cucumber juice for the winter

Composition (for 0, 25 l):

  • cucumbers - 0, 4-0, 5 kg.

Method of preparation:

  • Wash cucumbers, peel, cut areas with large seeds.
  • Dice the cucumbers and chop with a blender.
  • Cucumber mash strain through a sieve. Press the remaining cake through the gauze folded several times.
  • Pour juice into ice container.
  • Store in freezer.

In the freezer, cucumber juice can be stored for 12 months. It can be used for making and serving soft drinks, as well as for cosmetic purposes.
