How to make Russian salad

Today you will learn how to cook a real Olivier, as well as we will introduce you to several more salad recipes, known under this name.

Real Olivier

Originally the salad we know today as Olivier was called game mayonnaise. To make a real Olivier made by Lucien Olivier, you will need:

  • uncooked potatoes - 3 pieces,

  • lettuce leaves - 3 pieces,

  • soybean cabbage - 100 grams,
  • boiled crayfish - 25 pieces,
  • hard-boiled eggs - 5 pieces,
  • fresh cucumber - 2 pieces,
  • salt - to taste,
  • mayonnaise “Provence” - for refueling.

Preparation Method:

  • salt - to taste.

Preparation Method:

  • Cut the grouse fillet into small slices.

  • salted cucumber - 1 piece,
  • green onions - 1 small bunch,
  • parsley - 1 small bunch,
  • dill - 1 small bunch,
  • mayonnaise - 3-5 tablespoons,
  • black pepper - to taste,
  • salt - to taste.

Preparation Method:

  • Onions clean. Finely cut. A little salt, add 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, pour apple cider vinegar for 30 minutes.

  • canned green peas - 100 grams,
