Composition:

  • cucumbers - 0, 5 kg;
  • lime - 1 pc .;
  • honey - 20 ml;
  • fresh mint - 25 g.

Method of preparation:

  • Wash cucumbers, dry with a napkin. Cut off the tips from them. Using a vegetable peeler, cut a thin layer of skin.
  • Cut the cucumbers into large cubes and place them in the blender bowl.
  • Put a spoonful of honey on the cucumbers. Before that, it can be slightly submerged.
  • Wash lime. Cut in half and squeeze the juice. To do this, it is better to use a citrus juicer, as this will allow you to get more juice and eliminate the need to remove the bones from it.
  • Wash the mint, tear off the leaves and put them in the bowl of the blender, where honey and cucumbers are already located.
  • Top everything up with lime juice.
  • Beat the products with a blender and grind them at the same time.

  • white cabbage - 50 g;

  • Oatmeal grind in a coffee grinder to a state of flour.
  • Wash cabbage and finely chop.

  • Peel the cucumbers, cut their flesh into cubes.
  • Fold the vegetables into a blender, chop.
  • Pure the vegetable puree with tomato juice and beat. If the tomato juice is already salty, you do not need to salt it. However, salt can be dispensed with anyway.

Composition:

  • cucumber - 150 g;
  • melon - 150 g;
  • lemon juice - 20 ml;

  • fresh greens - 50 g.

Method of preparation:

  • Peel and dice the melons, put them in the freezer for several hours.
  • Wash cucumber, cut off its tips. Peeled, cut into large pieces.
  • Put pieces of frozen melon, cucumber, crumbled greens with a knife into the bowl.
  • Add an incomplete glass of water and a tablespoon of lemon juice.
  • Beat with a blender until you have a homogeneous consistency.

  • cucumber - 0, 2 kg;
  • canned or fresh pineapple - 0, 2 kg;
  • frozen raspberries - 100 g;
  • milk - 100 ml;
  • ice (optional) - to taste.

Method of preparation:

  • Chop the cleaned cucumber with a blender.
  • Pineapple cut into pieces, put to the cucumber puree, cover with milk. Whisk it all together.
  • Pour a handful of frozen raspberries into each glass before serving.
