Quick marinated cucumbers in the pan (2 hours)

Today we have everything “in a hurry”, so I offer you quick pickles in a pan. In just two hours you will get the perfect cucumbers as a snack.

Products in three portions:

  • Fresh cucumbers - 0, 5 kg
  • Water - 1 l
  • Salt - 1 tbsp. l
  • Sugar - 0, 5 st. l
  • Vinegar - 1 tbsp. l
  • Hot pepper - 0, 5 pod
  • Allspice - 2-3 peas
  • Dill umbrellas - 5-6 pcs.
  • Sheets of horseradish - 1 pc. (optional summer !!!)

Cooking Process

Prepare cucumbers and all other products. To make the cucumbers as a result of crunchy, they must first be put in clean icy water, left for a couple of hours. After cutting the tails of the cucumbers on both sides, chop the cucumbers themselves into oblong cubes.

Prepare the pan. Wash the dill umbrellas and a sheet of horseradish, you can also add any greens and grass on my own. At the bottom of the pan lay half the selected greens.

Spread slices of cucumber on top of greens. Pour salt and sugar in cucumbers, you can add ground pepper. Throw in a pot a couple of peas allspice and chili.

Pour cucumbers with warm water and add vinegar. Spread the remaining greens on top - dill umbrellas and horseradish leaf.

Cover the pot with the lid and leave the cucumbers at room temperature for several hours.

After a while, you can cool the cucumbers in the refrigerator. And then - lay the cucumbers on plates and serve.
