Composition:

  • chicken breast - 0, 5 kg;
  • water - 1, 5-2 l;
  • carrots - 100 g;
  • onions - 100 g;
  • potatoes - 0.5 kg;
  • garlic - 3 cloves;
  • olive oil - 40 ml;
  • butter - 50 g;
  • salt, spices - to taste;
  • wheat bread (stale is better) - 0, 2 kg.

Method of preparation:

  • Chicken breast fill with water, put on the stove. After boiling water, remove the foam, add spices, boil on low heat for 30 minutes.
  • Remove the chicken from the water, strain the broth.
  • Peel potatoes, cut into cubes about a centimeter in size.
  • Dice the peeled carrots into slightly smaller cubes.
  • Free the onions from the husk, finely chop.
  • Put the vegetables in the broth, bring to a boil and cook for 15-20 minutes.
  • Remove the vegetables from the broth, put them in the blender bowl.
  • Peel chicken meat, separate from bones. Cut, put to the vegetables.
  • Turn on the machine and turn the vegetables and chicken into mashed potatoes, return them to the broth.
  • Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes, stirring. Remove from heat. 2-3 minutes before readiness add butter.

Composition:

  • chicken fillet - 0, 4 kg;
  • potatoes - 0, 3 kg;
  • carrots - 100 g;
  • processed cheese - 150 g;
  • hard cheese - 50 g;
  • water - 1, 5 l.

Method of preparation:

  • Boil broth from chicken fillet.
  • Cut boiled chicken into small cubes, return to broth.
  • Peel carrots and potatoes. Cut into small pieces of arbitrary shape, put in a pan to the rest of the ingredients.
  • Bring the broth to a boil and boil the food in it for 20 minutes.
  • Remove the pan from the heat, turn the contents into a mashed potatoes using a blender.
  • Return to the fire, bring to a boil again.
  • Grind melted cheese or cut into small ones, dip in boiling soup. Simmer, stirring slowly, until the cheese is completely dissolved.
  • Salt and pepper the soup to taste, add greens, boil for 2 minutes.

Composition:

  • chicken meat - 0, 4 kg;
  • potatoes - 0, 2 kg;
  • onions - 100 g;
  • carrots - 100 g;
  • cauliflower - 0, 2 kg;
  • broccoli - 0, 2 kg;
  • cream - 100 ml;
  • butter - 20 g;
  • vegetable oil - 20 ml;
  • chicken broth - 1, 5-2 l;
  • salt, pepper, greens - to taste.

Method of preparation:

  • Peel the potatoes, cut into large cubes.
  • Wash cauliflower and broccoli, disassembled into florets.
  • Peel carrots, coarsely grate.
  • Peel and chop the onion in small cubes.
  • Melt butter in a pan, add vegetable to it.
  • Put the onion in the oil mixture, fry it until golden.
  • Add carrots. Continue cooking until the carrots are soft.
  • Cut the chicken into small pieces.
  • Boil the broth, put both kinds of cabbage and potatoes in it. Boil until all the vegetables are soft. Add fried onions and carrots, continue cooking vegetables for another 5 minutes.
  • Wipe the vegetables through a sieve or chop them in a blender bowl, put them back into the broth.
  • Add cream and chicken. Bring the soup to a boil, add salt and pepper, keep on fire for a couple more minutes, turn off the stove.

When serving, you can add a handful of chopped greens or garlic croutons to each plate.

Chicken cream soup with smoked chicken and spinach

Composition:

  • smoked chicken breast - 0, 25 kg;
  • fresh or frozen spinach - 0.5 kg;
  • chicken broth - 1 l;
  • potatoes - 0, 2 kg;
  • garlic - 1 clove;
  • salt, spices - to taste.

Method of preparation:

  • Wash Spinach, boiling water. Put in pan. Fill with water.
  • Peel and cut the potatoes into small pieces, throw them into the pan.
  • Put it on the stove. After boiling water, boil the soup for 15 minutes.
  • With a blender, turn the soup into a puree.

  • fresh dill - 50 g;

  • cream - 100 ml.

Method of preparation:

  • Wash chicken fillet, cut into pieces of medium size, put in a saucepan.
  • Peel the potatoes. Each tuber cut into 6 pieces, put to the chicken.
  • Separate several broccoli inflorescences, rinse them, put in a saucepan.
  • Free the onion from the husk, cut into large quarters of rings, send to the rest of the ingredients.
