Classic Belarusian pancakes with egg and carrots

Composition:

  • potatoes - 1 kg;
  • bulb onion - 100 g;
  • carrots - 100 g;
  • chicken egg - 2 pcs .;
  • wheat flour - 35 g;
  • salt, spices - to taste;
  • vegetable oil - how much will leave.

Method of preparation:

  • Clean, wash the potatoes. Dry it with a towel and grate finely.
  • Grind grated peeled onions and carrots, mix with potatoes. For chopping vegetables it is better to use a grater with small holes. If you wish, you can resort to using kitchen appliances.
  • Squeeze the juice from the vegetable mass, placing it in folded gauze.

  • flour - 50 g;

  • vegetable oil - how much will leave.

Method of preparation:

  • Add the egg and flour, mix thoroughly.
  • Salt and stir again.
