Method of preparation:

  • Remove the oil from the refrigerator in advance so that it can become soft by the time the dough is prepared.
  • Put the butter in a bowl, mash it with a fork.
  • Break the egg, separating the yolk from the protein. Protein for the preparation of this version of the test is not required. It must be placed in a clean, dry container and placed in a refrigerator so that later it can be used to prepare other dishes.
  • Add egg yolk to butter. Salt them. Beat with a fork or a whisk.
  • Add sour cream, whisk it with other ingredients.
  • Sift flour. Spread it over handfuls of the prepared liquid base and mix the products thoroughly to prevent the formation of lumps.
  • After adding the last handful of flour, transfer the dough onto the floured work surface of the table and complete the process of kneading the dough with your hands.
  • Wrap the dough with cling film and store for 30-60 minutes in the refrigerator.

After a specified time, you can easily form a thin pizza base from the cooked dough. It will turn out tender, crumbly, tasty even without a filling.

Pizza dough on margarine


  • wheat flour - 0, 3 kg;
  • margarine - 150 g;
  • sugar - 20 g;
  • salt - 5 g;
  • sour cream - 20 ml;
  • chicken egg - 1 pc.

Method of preparation:

  • Put the margarine out of the refrigerator one hour before the start of the pizza dough, so that it can soften.
  • Put the margarine in a bowl, mix with sugar, whisk or even with a mixer.
  • Break an egg into a bowl with margarine, add sour cream. Whisk the products together.
  • Sift flour. Add the pieces in a container with other ingredients and stir them until smooth, knead the dough. At the first stages it is better to knead the dough using a spatula or a mixer, setting a special nozzle for it on the dough. If you do not minimize the shortbread contact with your hands, it may turn out to be too oily, it will become difficult to work with it.
  • At the last stage, quickly finish kneading the dough with your hands, roll it into a ball, put it in a plastic bag and store it for about an hour in the main refrigerator chamber.

The dough for this recipe is plastic, with a soft, crumbly, but at the same time not too fragile base.

Shortcake pizza dough in mayonnaise


  • wheat flour - 0, 25 kg;
  • chicken egg - 1 pc .;
  • margarine or butter - 80 g;
  • mayonnaise - 50 ml;
  • baking powder for dough - 5 g;

Method of preparation:

  • Melt the butter in a microwave or in a water bath. You can also melt the product over low heat, but it is important not to let it boil.
  • Allow the oil to cool to room temperature or close to it.
  • In the bowl, break the egg, add salt and mayonnaise to it, whisk it with a whisk.
  • Without stopping the beater, pour in the melted butter.
  • Sift flour and mix it with baking powder.
  • Pour the flour into a bowl with other ingredients, stir them with a spatula. Complete the kneading process with your hands.
  • Put the dough in a plastic bag and store in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

The dough for this recipe is plastic, almost everyone likes the taste of the pizza made from it, and the cost is relatively inexpensive.

Sandwich pizza dough is easy to prepare. Mixing it will take no more than 20 minutes, but you will have to wait a bit until it cools down. The sand base is suitable for making Italian pie with any filling, but it can not be greased with a large amount of sauce.
