The cucumbers prepared in this way should be sprinkled with salt at the rate of 1 tablespoon per 1 kg of vegetables and how should be mixed in a bag. After that, you need to clear 1 head of garlic, finely chop each slice and pour the resulting mass on top of the cucumbers. To make them particularly fragrant and spicy, you can also add chopped sprigs of dill, currant leaves and horseradish - in a word, all the spices that are used in canning cucumbers in the classical way. Those who adore spicy cucumbers can put in a package 1 small pod of bitter pepper, which should not be cut, otherwise eating cucumbers will be almost impossible. Now the package can only be tied up without adding water to it, and left in a warm place for 3-4 hours. After this period, a portion of cucumbers intended for food must be removed from the bag, carefully removed from spices and salt using a standard paper napkin, cut and served. It is not recommended to wash the finished cucumbers in running water, as they will lose their flavor. The remaining vegetables with the package must be placed in the refrigerator.

When cooking salted cucumbers in the package has its own tricks. If you want to speed up the already quick process of salting, then the vegetables can be cut into slices or slices. In this case, you can make an excellent snack in such a simple way in 20-30 minutes. However, it should be noted that the shelf life of cucumbers salted in the package is not more than 2-3 days.
