One of the ways is to collect pure water in the basin, lower the berry into it and rinse it in small portions. So that you do not have to catch the berries individually, you can immerse them in water in a sieve or a colander.
  • After washing, the berry should be dried so that no water gets from the tap. Bilberry dries faster if it is poured on a towel that absorbs moisture well.

When sugar is added, the berries are boiled with the lid open or in a small amount, filling the bowl of the multicooker with them by no more than half.
  • Regardless of how blueberries are prepared in their own juice for the winter, the banks for it must be washed with soda and sterilized. The lids are also sterilized, usually by boiling. Close blueberries need metal lids to ensure tightness. Plastic with this task can not cope.
