For him it is best to take the carp head, fins, tail and any parts of the fish. Also, various vegetables, roots, herbs, spices and spices are usually added to the pot with fish. Each time using a different set of ingredients for the broth, you can get a new original soup flavor.

List of ingredients:

  • carp head;
  • 250 g silver carp (links);
  • 2 onions;
  • 2 carrots;
  • a bunch of fresh greens;
  • 1 sweet pepper;
  • 3-4 potatoes;
  • 1, 5 tsp. salts;
  • 0, 5 tsp. spices;
  • 2 liters of water;
  • 1 tomato.

1. Put the ingredients in the pan to make a delicious fish broth. Wash the carp head, clean the scales from the links and send it to the pan. Also put the peeled onions and carrots. Optionally, you can slightly bake vegetables in a dry frying pan (3 minutes each). A bunch of greens (dill, parsley, lemon basil - 4-5 sprigs), wash and put in a saucepan. You can add spices - bay leaf, peppercorns. Fill all with water and bring to the stove to a boil. Remove the foam and cook further broth over low heat, slightly covered with a lid. Boil broth need at least an hour.

2. While the broth is boiling, peel and wash the potatoes, chop finely into cubes or straws. After an hour of boiling broth, you need to get all the ingredients, strain the broth and send it back to the pan. After boiling again, place the potatoes in your ear.

3. Peel and wash the carrots (fresh), chop them into straws or grate. Cut the peeled onion into cubes. Tomato - slices, sweet pepper - straws. You can pass the vegetables in vegetable oil or shift to the pan immediately.
