Composition:

  • almonds - 0, 25 kg;
  • water - 1-1, 5 l;
  • lemon juice - 1 drop;

Method of preparation:

  • Put almonds in a bowl.
  • Mix half the water indicated in the recipe with a pinch of salt and a drop of lemon juice. Pour her almonds.

Almond milk with honey

Composition:

  • almonds - 0, 25 kg;
  • vanilla sugar - 5 g;
  • honey - 20 ml;
  • salt - a pinch;
  • water - 1 l (not counting the consumption for soaking).

Method of preparation:

  • Clean the almonds from the husk, cover with salted water, leave for 12 hours.
  • Drain, rinse the nuts. Put in a blender container.
  • Melt the honey to a liquid state. It is better to do this on the steam bath in order to maintain the maximum of the beneficial substances contained in it. Pour honey over the nuts.
  • Add vanilla sugar and a glass of water. Water must first be boiled and cooled to room temperature.
  • Crush almonds. When the contents of the blender have a uniform consistency, add the remaining water and whisk all together for a minute.
  • Strain the resulting liquid.

Composition:

  • almonds - 0, 2 kg;
  • water - 0, 5 l;
  • dates - 50 g;
  • vanilla extract - 5 ml.
