  • Pour kefir into the bowl, add soda to it, mix. In kefir bubbles form, indicating that a neutralization reaction occurs.
  • Break eggs into a separate bowl, add salt to them, beat with a whisk.
  • Combine eggs with kefir, beat them together.
  • Sift flour, add half to the liquid mixture. Stir to achieve a smooth mass without lumps.
  • Gradually filling the remaining flour and stirring it, make a dough that resembles village sour cream.

It remains to prepare the cabbage, put it in a greased form, cover the vegetables with dough and send the cake to the preheated oven. After 30-40 minutes, the finished dish can already be removed from the mold and served to the table.

Composition:

  • wheat flour - 0, 25 kg;
  • sour cream - 0, 25 l;
  • chicken egg - 4 pcs .;
  • soda - 5 g;
  • salt - to taste.

Method of preparation:

  • Sift flour.
  • Put soda in sour cream. Stir.
  • Separately whisk the eggs with salt.
  • Combine the egg mass with sour cream, whisk them together.
  • Gradually add the sifted flour and stir, prepare a smooth dough, the consistency of a thick cream.

The technology of dough preparation on sour cream does not differ from the process of kneading it on kefir, the difference is only in the ratio of ingredients.

  • kefir - 150 ml;

  • Break eggs into a clean bowl, shake them with a fork or a whisk.
  • Add kefir and sour cream to the eggs. Beat the food with a whisk or mixer.
  • Add the prepared dry mixture, stir the dough until smooth. Adjust its thickness by adding kefir or flour.
