This salad will appeal to absolutely everyone. You can pickle the champignons yourself; this is made easy: you need to take some mushrooms, wash them and put them in a saucepan, add a little oil, a couple of tablespoons of vinegar, bay leaf, salt, pepper and sugar to taste, cover the pan and stew mushrooms for 10 minutes, during this time they will start up juice, as a result marinade will turn out. Cool down the mushrooms and serve. BUT! Faster will use canned mushrooms.

- Marinated champignons - 200 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
- Red onion - 1 pc.
- Salted cucumbers - 3 pcs.
- Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp. l
- Mustard beans - 1 tsp.

Prepare all the products on the list. Tasty pickled mushrooms get out of the marinade, cut into large pieces. If the champignons are small, they can simply be cut in half.
Peel and rinse red onions. If you use onions, it is better to scald with boiling water or marinate in vinegar. Cut onions into small cubes.
Boil chicken eggs for 10 minutes, then cool and peel, cut into cubes.
And also cut cucumbers into cubes.
Add all prepared ingredients to a container, fill the salad with mayonnaise and mustard.
