Basic rules for tasting “Campari”

“Campari” liqueur is produced in several versions. A little less strong drink is exported to America than goes to the countries of Eastern Europe. Americans know him as an aperitif fortress of about 25 degrees, Europeans like a bitter fortress of about 28 degrees. However, the tradition of using this drink in all countries is about the same.

  • Campari liqueur improves the appetite and is served before meals as an aperitif.

  • Pour in orange liqueur, vermouth and gin.

Composition:

  • Campari - 40 ml;
  • sweet vermouth - 40 ml;
  • sparkling wine - 40 ml;

  • Pour vermouth and Campari into the glass, mix well.

  • Squeeze the juice out of the pineapple and lime, pour it into a shaker glass.

  • lemon twist - 1 pc.

  • Shake for 20 seconds, strain.
