  • In addition to standard roasting in a frying pan, chicken steak can be baked in the oven. To give a special flavor, the prepared fillet is sprinkled on both sides with a mixture of salt, pepper and spicy herbs (you can choose at your discretion). But we must remember that meat cannot be salted long before the heat treatment, since it loses meat juice, which is so small in the breast.
  • A chop can be pre-pickled in a solution consisting of vinegar, vegetable oil and mustard. Gourmets can use dry white wine instead of vinegar, and replace mustard with mustard.
  • To preserve juiciness, chops can be baked with tomatoes or onions. They will not allow the meat to dry in the oven from the heat, as well as give it an additional taste and flavor.
  • A chop will be more appetizing if covered with cheese, grated or cut into thin slices, before baking.

  • sour cream - 50 g;
  • garlic - 1 tooth;
  • black pepper;
  • fresh champignons - 200 g;
  • onions - 100 g;
  • salt;
  • chopped greens - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • cheese - 170 g;
  • vegetable oil - 40 g.

Preparation Method

  • Wash, dry, and finely chop fresh mushrooms. Crush the onion with a sharp knife. Put the mushrooms in a frying pan with hot oil, fry. Add onions, mix. Cook for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and cool.

  • In a cup, mix the sour cream with garlic, salt and greens that have been passed through the garlic press.

Ingredients:

  • chicken fillet - 600 g;
  • onions - 120 g;
  • egg - 1 pc .;
  • flour - 30-40 g;
  • milk - 50 ml;
  • cheese - 120 g;

  • vegetable oil - 20 g;
  • chopped dill - 1 tsp.

  • Cut the fillet lengthwise into 2 slices, cover with foil, beat off with a hammer, making them slightly thinner.
  • In a bowl, break an egg, pour in milk, put salt and flour. Stir thoroughly. Add greens, mix well again.
  • Chop onions into thin rings, rub the cheese on a medium grater.

Chops can be cooked with or without vegetables. In winter, boldly replace fresh tomatoes with tomato paste or ketchup.

In many recipes, raw chops are smeared with mayonnaise-based sauce. If you adhere to the principles of healthy eating or just do not like mayonnaise, replace it with sour cream.

Chop will turn out very tender, if it is pre-marinated in kefir.

If you like soft meat and are not supportive of crispy crust, preparing chops, cover the baking sheet with foil.
