  • Salt is usually added to the dough, even if it is kneaded for sweet baking, as this ingredient enhances the flavor. Kneading the dough on the tan, you can do without salt. It is required only for the preparation of snack fritters, and even then in a small amount.
  • Fritters on the tan will be even tastier if you cook them with filling. For these purposes, green onions, raisins, apples, zucchini, pumpkin are well suited.
  • Fry the pancakes in a hot frying pan, spreading the dough into the boiling oil with a spoon. Between portions of the dough you need to leave a small distance, otherwise the products stick together. To prevent the dough from sticking to the spoon, it should be wetted with cold water.

Composition:

  • cocoa powder - 40 g;

  • baking powder for dough - 5 g;
  • sugar - 60 g;

Preparation Method:

  • Sift flour and cocoa. Stir them.

Pancakes with apples on the tan

Composition:

  • wheat flour - 0, 35 kg;
  • chicken egg - 1 pc .;
  • apples - 0, 3 kg;
  • baking powder for dough - 5 g;
  • sugar - 40-60 g;
  • refined vegetable oil - to taste.

Preparation Method:

  • Wash apples, pat dry, peel. Cut the cores out of them. Chop the fruit pulp grated with large holes.
  • Beat egg with sugar. Add a tan to it, stir it with a whisk.
  • Add the apple sauce, mix the products thoroughly.
  • Mix sifted flour with a baking powder, enter into a liquid basis. Stir.
  • Put the dough in spoons on a hot frying pan greased with butter. Fry on both sides.
