- 500 g of pollock fillet;
- 4 potatoes;

Defreeze the fish, cut the fillets large. We grease the steamer with vegetable oil, prepare 15 minutes for a couple.
Cut the potatoes into large strips. On a well warmed pan with a thick bottom pour 2-3 tablespoons of refined oil, put the sliced potatoes.

Baking time depends on the size of the form and features of the plate. In this recipe is a rectangular shape 26x19 centimeters. The finished pie should be well reddened, it feels dense to the touch.
