  • chicken breast - 0, 8 kg;
  • oranges - 1 kg;
  • soy sauce - 40 ml;
  • olive oil - 100 ml;

Method of preparation:

  • table mustard - 20 ml;
  • onions - 100 g;
  • olive oil - 20 ml;
  • garlic - 4 cloves;
  • honey - 20 ml;
  • ginger root - 20 g;
  • salt or soy sauce, red pepper - to taste.

Method of preparation:

  • Chicken cut into chunks, as in chakhokhbili.
  • Combine melted honey with olive oil and mustard.
  • Cut the garlic into plates and the onion into large rings.
  • Peel and cut the ginger into small pieces.
  • Mix vegetables and ginger with chicken pieces, while adding a little red pepper.
