Cherry puffs

Ready-made puff pastry is a luxurious gift from the “industry” semi-finished products to those housewives who like to please the family with fresh homemade pastries. On the one hand, it is an order of magnitude easier to prepare the puffs from the finished dough than to make the dough yourself, on the other hand, this is not the same thing as the finished puffs from the store. Such baking is the most delicious right from the fire, until the delicate crunchy layers do not have time to moisten with steam from the air, and you can choose the stuffing to your taste and even bake sweet dessert slouchies and snack envelopes with minced meat, eggs, onions, etc., at the same time. Today we we will prepare sweet puffs with cherries from yeast dough.
