Ingredients:
- yeast dry (packaged) - 1 tsp.,
- milk (store) - 250-300 ml,
- butter (72, 5%) - 40-50 g,
- granulated sugar - 4 tbsp. l.,
- wheat flour - 2, 5 glasses,
- sweet cherry (large, sweet) - 150-200 g.
Cooking

1. Pour the milk into a glass and heat it in a microwave oven to about 41 degrees. Milk should not be hot, but not cold, so the temperature should be strictly followed. It will determine how your dough will be. When the milk warms up, immediately pour it into a deep container and pour dry yeast. Do not wait, as milk can cool. It is important.

2. Pour sugar into the milk and yeast and stir the whole mass. Now you need to cover the bowl with something and put in a warm place. So the yeast dissolve faster. It will take you about 15 minutes.

3. Pour about one glass of flour and stir the mass. You make a sticky dough.

4. Melt the butter in a microwave and pour warm in a bowl of dough.

5. Again stir well the contents of the bowl.

6. Pour the second glass of flour and stir the dough well. Sprinkle flour on the table and knead the dough with your hands until it becomes soft and elastic.

7. Divide the dough into 6-7 equal parts and place in the center 4-5 peeled berries with sugar.

8. Carefully close the buns with the dough so that the filling does not fall out.

9. Put the buns in a greased form and put in the oven.

10. Bake at a temperature of 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes.
