Composition:

  • long grain rice - 0, 3 kg;
  • water - 0, 45 l;
  • onions - 150 g;
  • carrots - 150 g;
  • vegetable oil - 60 ml;
  • salt, spices - to taste;
  • fresh greens (optional) - to taste.

Preparation Method:

  • Rinse the rice to clear water.
  • Scrape the carrot with a knife, wash it, and grate it coarsely.
  • Free onion from the husk, cut into small pieces.
  • Finely chop the greens with a knife.
  • Pour oil into the bowl of the multicooker, put chopped vegetables in it. Turn on the unit by selecting the “Frying” program. Composition:

  • rice - 0, 35 kg;
  • water - 0, 75 l;
  • carrots - 150 g;

  • green peas - 100 g;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;

  • vegetable oil - as needed.

Preparation Method:

  • Wash rice.
  • Onion, peeled, chopped.
  • Cut carrots into small cubes or grate large.
