  • honey - 20 ml;

  • cumin, pepper - to taste.

Method of preparation:

  • Wash fruit, wipe off with a napkin. Squeeze the juice out of them, rub the zest.

Composition:

  • table mustard - 30 ml;
  • ginger root - 30 g;
  • garlic - 3 cloves;
  • lemon - 1 pc .;
  • honey - 40 ml;
  • olive oil - 120 ml;
  • salt - to taste.

Method of preparation:

  • Peel the ginger root, chop it on a grater with small holes or, finely chopped, turn it into a puree using a blender.
  • Clean garlic cloves, crush with a special press.
  • Lemon wash well, preferably in hot water, blot with a napkin. Cut the fruit in half, squeeze the juice out of it. Remove the zest from lemon halves with a special grater.
  • Put ginger root, garlic, zest and lemon juice in a bowl, mix.
