Chicken zrazy with cheese - tasty, juicy and fragrant meat balls, which are best served hot. In this case, the cheese will most likely be dragged with long threads when cutting zrazy, but this depends more on the cheese. In cold or warm form, zrazy is also very good; you can add any side dish or salad with them, and you can also take them with you as a snack, put it in a container.

1. To make the filling, you need to grate hard cheese on a fine grater - you can choose the variety at your discretion, as long as the cheese melts well. Next, remove the husks from the garlic and, if desired, pass it through the press, you can simply chop finely. Fill the cheese and garlic with sour cream or mayonnaise, mix - the filling is ready.
2. Chicken mince can be bought already prepared, but only if you are sure of its quality, otherwise you may be disappointed by trying ready-made zrazy. It is best to do the stuffing yourself, and even if you defrost it before cooking it will be much better. If there is no ready stuffing, then take 300 grams of chicken meat, with skin and pieces of fat, twist in a meat grinder together with a whole peeled onion. Then add the chicken egg, salt and spices to the minced meat, mix.
