Asian cuisine is rich in amazing dishes. Many housewives, having tried some salad, dream to cook it yourself. In practice, this is not as difficult as it may seem at first glance. And as proof of what we have said today we will prepare the funchoza.
You will need:
- noodles for funchozy - 200 g,
- meat - 300 g,
- carrots - 2-3 pieces,
- onions - 2 pcs.,
- Bulgarian pepper - 3 pcs.,
- garlic - 3 cloves,
- vegetable oil - 50 ml,
- salt - to taste,
- seasoning for funchozy - to taste,
- vinegar - to taste,
- tomato paste - optional.
Cooking
1. We check the availability of all the products needed to create funchozy.
2. Meat cut into strips.
3. Grate carrots.
4. Cut onions into strips.
5. Divide the pepper into 4 parts and cut into strips.
6. Heat up vegetable oil in a frying pan. Fry the carrots. We take it out.
7. Put the meat in the butter, in which the carrots were fried, and fry until ruddy color.
8. Add onions. Fry until browning.
9. Put the pepper. Fry until done.
10. If desired, put a couple of tablespoons of tomato paste, you can replace it with tomato or grated tomatoes. Fry.
11. We break funchoza into pieces about 10 centimeters long. Fill with boiling water. We set on fire and boil for another 7-10 minutes after boiling. Rinse thoroughly under running water.
12. In the ready gravy add garlic passed through the press. Salt, season with spices, pour in vinegar. Mix well. Connect with funchozy.
13. Put the carrots. Stir. Funchoza ready!
14. We give the salad some time to brew, after that you can treat the guests. Enjoy your meal!
